Indian Institute of Finance (IIF) is a NON-PROFIT, Equal opportunity; Research based Educational Institution to promote Education, Research, Training and Consultancy solely devoted in the service of nation with a meaningful purpose. It has been established with the active help and support of Nobel laureates, well known Academicians from India and abroad.
IIF is the first Institution offering a highly specialized Post graduate programme in Finance in India. IIF programme is very comprehensive, and one of the best matching international standards. It enjoys very high rankings at the international level. In the last 32 years it has recorded its presence for its academic work and research and recognized as an emerging centre of excellence world over.
IIF has made distinguished scholarly contributions – acclaimed nationally and internationally. It is an emerging centre of excellence, a base for scholarship, high quality professional education, research and training. IIF contributions to academics : teaching, research policy prescriptions are very well recognized.
IIF holds highest respect for law, believes in self regulations, and market recognition.
IIF publishes its 400 page Quarterly Journal since 1987. Its Quarterly Journal – FINANCE INDIA is Scopus indexed and ranked at 3rd Top Place out of 22,000 technical journals by SJIF, 2018.
It has brought various research studies, has emerged as a major think tank in the country. It has excellent national and international linkages. It is regularly invited to attend board of governors and annual meetings at Asian Development Bank, World Bank, IMF , OECD . Its faculty and students are invited regularly to participate in various meetings, conferences and annual meetings of ASSOCHAM, FICCI, CII, PHDCCI, INDO AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTY, MSME, and other trade and industry organizations. Students are also regularly sponsored to these meetings held in chambers and five star hotels.
IIF faculty is regularly and frequently invited as experts to comment and analyze various economic and financial issues of the country on AIR, various TV channels – including DD, Lok Sabha TV, Rajya TV, News Nation, Times Network, APN News, Z ee TV, Zee salaam etc. Its faculty is also invited to address international gathering and has travelled in over 60 countries and over 100 institutions and universities in India.
