Dec. 23, IIF, New Delhi : The Central Election Commission of Republic of Uzbekistan has invited Professor J.D. Agarwal, Editor-in-chief, Finance India and Professor of Finance & Chairman, Indian Institute of Finance as an International Observer in the Parliamentary Elections, to be held on December 26, 2004 in Uzbekistan.
