the economic policies and license raj said Mr. J.C. Jhuraney,
Vice President (Personnel & HRD), JCT Electronic Ltd. delivering
a seminar today on "Strategies and Challenges for Managers
in the Emerging Scenario" at the Indian Institute of Finance.
According to him foreign capital is seen as an opportunity today
facilitating the entry of MNCs and upgradation of technology
to meeting the challenges of global competitiveness.
Highlighting
Michael porters' Company strategy he said that a manager is
an agent of management change.He is to meet the challenges of
tomorrow by putting an institution through the integration of
vision, mission and leadership. He also highlighted the role
of values an organizational culture.Acro ding to him while identifying
values an organization need to take care of its stake holders
i.e. customer, society, employees and venders in order to priority.
Mr. Jhuraney emphasized that value of transformation is more
important than the transaction.
