Eligibility
Eligibility for Regular Program
Minimum 60% in graduation/post graduation /Minimum 55% in graduation/post graduation for SC/STs (degree programs only). Candidates completing all requirements , for obtaining the Bachelors degree by 30th June 2009 can also apply subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by 1st September 2009.
Eligibility for Distance Learning Programs
1 Minimum 60% in graduation/post graduation/ Minimum 55% in graduation/post graduation for SC/STs (degree programs only)
2 No written Test
3 Minimum 3 year work experience.
Regular Programs: Admission Procedure
Written Test (Exemption from written test –See Category), GD and interviews
1. IIF uses CAT/XAT/MAT for short listing candidates for all the above regular programs. We also accept GMAT scores.
2. Appear for the CAT (www.catiim.edu) /XAT(www.xlri.edu) /MAT (www.aima-ind.org.in) to be conducted by IIMS/XLRI/AIMA. The details for the exam dates and procedure are available at their web site mentioned.
3. IIMs/XLRI/MAT has no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the program.
4. Scores Accepted CAT > 65%, XAT > 65%, MAT > 650. ( For Shortlisting)
5. Apply to IIF by filling in a separate application form for each program.
6. Candidates who are exempt from the written test may apply together with the requisite declarations.
7. Final Selection will be based on the performance in Written exam, Group discussion and Interview.

Application Fee
The IIF prospectus and application form are available on cash payment of Rs. 1250/ (including Application Processing Fee).
The last date for receiving completed filled-in application forms: 31st December 2008. (See submission checklist)
Exemption Category
1. University Topper: Top 3 position holders at the university for aggregate scores for an entire degree program duration, are exempted from Written Test. Certificate from the Registrar/ Vice Chancellor of the University needs to be attached with the application.
2. College Topper: First position holder at the university for aggregate scores for entire degree program duration, are exempted from Written Test. Certificate from the Principal of the college needs to be attached with the application.
3. Non- Resident Indians (NRI) are exempt from written test. Candidates sponsored by Non resident Indians are also exempt from written test upon proof of the same.
4. Corporate Sponsored: Candidates sponsored by companies/ organization to pursue the program are exempt from written test.
5. Others: Students securing 85% in science/technical degree programs, 70% in commerce and art streams are exempt from written test. National level sport players/artists and theater personalities.

8. Two Recommendation Letters (optional)
9. Synopsis (FBA Applicants)
10. Demand Draft of Rs. 1250/- in favour of Indian Institute of Finance payable at Delhi (There is no processing fee)
